We applied H1, H4 and H4EAD concurrent filing under premium processing. H1B apporved from 10/02/2026 to 10/01/2029 after several months H4 and EAD approved with previous H1B dates 10/9/2023 to 10/01/2026. Is this USCIS error and how do I correct it? Do I need to refile the petitions again, as per the new H4 appproval the I-94 same as previous one 10/01/2026? Do I need to submit the petitions before that?
