Hi , I have an expired H4 and H4 EAD. (may 15) I had applied for my H4 and H4 EAD extension in Feb 2022. My spouse H1 got approved last week . I have the following questions
a> If I go for stamping and come back . Will I be able tp use H4 AutoExtension and work b> I am unable to locate my previous h4 approval . I got a soft copy of the document . Will it be a issue during stamping . I do have the EAD card , receipt notices and all previous documents.
Please advise .
