Me and my wife both are on respective H1Bs. My son is a dependent as H4 on my H1B.
Now this summer, my wife would like to visit India along with my son (who is a H4 on my H1B). Can my son travel with my wife with me not being there? Both would need to go to Visa Stamping. Asking this since he is a H4 on my H1B .
