H4 denied motion/ appeal dismissed case remains denied

Hi , recently my h4 got denied where as h4 ead is showing new card produced . My husband H1B is also approved . Initially my h4 and h4 ead are transferred to a different location . Can you please help what to do

I have worked with a company on h4 ead and they have raised H1B for me . H1B is approved but I have never been on H1B status as it’s consular processing , I dint travel to India and stayed on h4. Eventually We went for h4 , h4 ead and H1B in premium processing

Is the denial because I have valid H1B approved copy ?

Can someone please help

Why was H4 denied? What reason have they given?

I don’t think approved H1B will be the reason.

Additionally, if H4 EAD was approved, then, most probably, H4 has been approved too.

Thanks for your response.

I have seen the message yesterday so I do not know the exact reason why my case is dismissed or denied . It will take a week it seems to get the notice .

When my case was transferred while my husband H1B is approved , I had an inquiry about my case transfer and I told them that I dint receive the transfer notice . They emailed me that the address I have given to them for the inquiry mismatched the address they have in the system .so they asked me to update the address if I moved . That’s all the inquiry had . This inquiry is showing in the case history while I viewed on case tracker app.

What I’m worried the most is I will have like 1 month time to exit the country . If the courier takes one week to arrive , not sure whom to reach out before it’s too late . Please help

I still think that your H4 has bren and approved since H4 EAD has been approved.

H4 EAD cannot be approved without H4.

Can you share the screen shot of the USCIS website case status (not any other app).

I can’t find and understand what this appeal/motion was for just by reading the most recent status update.

You should probably discuss it with someone with whom you can share the sequence of events and documents.

I suggest to not share your receipt numbers publicly.
