H4 EAD application rejection

Hi ,

Filed H1B+H4+H4 EAD concurrently at Vermont premium processing center.

H4 EAD application is sent back due to missing filing fee with Notice of Action ( No reject Case number) and mentioned missing fee.

There is no explicit mention to send the application to a particular service center but bottom of notice has Vermont Premium Processing center address ( from which notice generated)

While re-submitting
1.Can we re-submit same form as there are no changes ( it has uscis stamps at bottom of first page)
2. Which location do we need to resubmit application ?

Yes this should be okay.

Same service center along with a cover letter providing some background and with the fee check.
