Hi, We filed H1 + H4 + H4 EAD in PP and they were all approved in September 2024 and received the approval notices for all. However, my EAD card is stuck at “we ordered your new card”. I opened 3 service requests with USCIS but no response for any of those. I reached out to my attorney and she said that I need to file for another H4 EAD so I get automatic extension of work authorization for 540 days. My question is, what happens to the second application if I get the card for the first ? Thanks in advance.
The second application may also get approved. There is no issue with it.
