What do you mean by earlier date?
They will match the H4 and EaD start date with H1B start date (whatever you fill on the H1B application).
Supose if h1b is valid till nov 22 and I file premium now what will be h1b start date
You need to understand that you can request earlier start date for H4 & EAD with current H1B but the end date for both would be matched with current H1B, which is Nov 22.
If you file H4 and EAD with H1B extension, then, start date for both would be Nov 23.
