We have raised two expedite requests for my spouse H4 EAD and both have been rejected . My spouse works for a bio medical company and she is in the procurement department . We have proof that we submitted to USCIS to show financial loss to employer which is in an employer letter and also she works on requisitions which help fight COVID . Even after that we have got rejection and they are asking for new information . In your experience what else should we submit so that we can have a favorable outcome of the expedite request and under which expedite category should we make our case ?
