My H4 and H4 EAD is expiring on 5/25/2026. The received date on my I-797A (current) is 6/7/2023 and notice date is 2/27/2024. We filed extension of H1B and H4 earlier this week. I will be filing the renewal for H4 EAD in next few days. Could you please advise if I can work after 5/25/2026 in case our approval is pending ? If not, can options do I have so that I donot lose my job.
