H4-EAD is Pending on old H1B date and Primary Candidate H1B extended for New 3 Year Date

So my case is

  1. Primary Candidate H1b has an expiry of March 2025, H4-EAD was applied in Feb 2024, which is still pending
  2. Now Primary Candidate H1b is extended recently to March 2028
  3. How to use this new H1B extended date - March 2028 with H4-EAD which is filed in step 1 - with March 2025 date - which is old now.
  4. How to inform USCIS - Do I need to send H4-EAD application again?

Yes, the only way to get new H1b dates is to apply a fresh H4 EAD as far as I know.

From bottom of my heart I was knowing that is the case and I know you are the one going to reply on this post.
I did check with another person in similar situation, they had to apply two times and they got two EAD card.
Thank you
