H4 EAD processing and H1B with new employer

Looking for some answers regarding H4 EAD processing:

  1. If one plans to do H1B transfer with approved I-140 while spouse H4 extension/H4 EAD is in processing. Does it impact H4 EAD processing in anyway?

  2. Do we need to apply for new H4 EAD/extension based on new approved H1B petition with new employer?
