H4 ead renewal and auto extension with i 94 being extended after the expiry of h4and h4 ead

Hi,
My ead got approved 2 days back, but my stamped h4 expires 8th august and i 94 expires 18th august 22.

My current h4 is pending with USCIS

If i apply for ead renewal before the EXPIRY OF THE EAD CARD and get the i94 renewed/extended when i get back from india (oct 22 end)with new stamped visa(h1b petition for spouse is approved til 2025).

Will i be able to work on auto extension?

  1. If i apply for h4eaf renewal before EAD EXPIRY and get the new h4 petition approved with new i94.
