Hi, My Name is SIVA. Right now i am holding H4 Extension and planning to file H4EAD.
I was holding L2 VISA and got EAD in 2016. It got expired since we went back to India in 2017 and came back recently with H1 / H4 Visa, Do I need to mention and attach the previous EAD approval copy while applying for the new EAD with H4 approval VISA?
I don’t think so as it was in a different visa class/eligibility. If you never had H4 EAD in past, it will be your first time.
