H4 EAD Renewal questions

Hello everyone,
Can anyone please help me with the situation below:

Situation: I plan to get me H4 EAD renewed. I have already obtained new I 94 by travel which is now extended till 2027 based on my spouse’s H1B petition.

Can I go ahead and apply for H4 EAD renewal based on updated I - 94 ? Do I need to extend my H4 as well or no need? Would I need my H4 extended eventually for any reason to stay in USA or travel abroad, stamping etc?

There is no need to file H4 extension if you have already got the extended H4 i94.

Just go ahead and file H4 EAD using the new H4 i94.

So basically I dont need to renew H4 for any reasons, right? Is H4 extension and I 94 extension one and the same thing?
