Hello, Am trying to file H4 EAD renewal for spouse. My H1 amendment is currently in progress (same client due to role change). Amendment petition is filed and currently pending with USCIS. Now am applying for H1 extension (same client) along with dependents H4 extension plus H4 EAD renewal- along together concurrently. In the H4 EAD renewal form, point 29- provide the receipt number of your H1 Spouse most recent i797 for form i129- here should I mention the receipt no of current amendment petition number which is filed and pending with USCUS or in the boxes can I mention “Filed Concurrently” and mention all these details in the cover letter about pending amendment letter and other details? Please advise
As per my opinion, you can write “filed concurrently”.
