H4 EAD renewal when H1B and H4 extensions are pending

Hi ,

I need to apply for H4 EAD renewal . The H1B and H4 extension are still pending . I understand the EAD application needs to be a paper application only. where can this application be filed? Should it be filed in the same location as H4 ?

USCIS H4 EAD mailing address: Use H1B i797 receipt number code EAC, LIN, SRC or WAC. Different lockbox address for USPS, Fedex, UPS deliveries.
