Husband → H!B & i140 approved and working in US for last 6 years
Married recently and wife received H4 Visa. Can She apply for H4 EAD by staying for a month in US with husband and travel back to India and stay until the further notice from the USCIS to collect H4 EAD?
or is there any process / guidelines / restrictions in between submission and collection of H4 EAD.
Travel While H4 EAD is Pending is allowed. Pending H4 extension or COS may be abandoned, H4 EAD may receive RFE to prove H4 status by sending new i94.
