H4 EAD validity status when EAD and Visa are valid but I 94 is expiring

I need some guidance on if my spouse’s EAD is going to remain valid in the following situation.

I-94 expires in Nov 24. (Since my old passport was expiring then)
Visas are valid till Feb 26
H4 EAD valid till Dec 26
H1b and H4 extensions (not EAD) are just recently filed (not in premium)

Now I got to know that H4 EAD is only valid till I-94 date. But I thought if an extension has been applied it remains valid for 180 days.
I am unsure if he can work till Dec 2026, since his EAD card says so or should he stop in Nov 2024 based on our I-94 expiry and only continue after our extensions are in place. But my question is, in such a case, do you again apply for H4 EAD extension although your EAD is valid till 2026?
If by some miracle I can convince my company to change our extensions to premium and get an approval in November, does he still need to apply for EAD extension?

I am so lost!

As per my opinion, you should be able to continue work using H4 EAD.

H4 EAD extension need not be filed as you have validity till Dec 2026.

Since, you have filed H1B and H4 extension, you can keep using H4 EAD based on the information you have shared.

Did you check this scenario with your attorney? If yes, what was their opinion?

Thanks. I am hoping what you said is true. Still waiting to hear back from my attorney though.
