My EAD expired in Sep 2025. I filed a standalone H-4 EAD extension in March 2025, at that time my H-4 status (i94) was valid till June 2026, and I have been working under the automatic EAD extension since my expiry. Later, in December 2025, I filed an H-4 EAD together with my spouse’s H-1B extension under premium processing. Both H-4 EAD applications were approved together but were issued with the same future start date of June 2026 to June 2029. March 2025 EAD is incorrectly approved with June 2026 to June 2029 validity as it was submitted to extend from expiry of previous EAD from Sep 2025 to June 2026. I have submitted a typographic error request to USCIS to correct the March 2025 EAD to cover Sep 2025 through June 2026. Am I eligible to continue working until June 2026 under the automatic EAD extension while waiting for the corrected approval notice?
