H4 Extension status changed from approved to Case reopened

Hi

I am planning for my trip to india and did file my H1, H4 and H4 EAD for myself and my wife. Now, we have gotten approval for H1B extension and H4 EAD but H4 extension status moved from Approved to Case reopen ( without our intervention ). Now, I am confused on how to go about Ds160 filling and our visa stamping interview. How does this state impact that ? Anyone has any experience with this ? Should I go ahead and plan my visa stamping while this goes on in parallel ?

H4 visa stamp process should not be affected as visa stamp in passport is given based on the H1B approval.

Have you received any letter from USCIS explaining the reason about why the case has been reopened?

Thanks for the answer @anil_am22 , No, they did not mention anything in the notice. I also never had anything like this before.
