Can someone please let me know if anyone have any idea on this.
My Employer attorney is going to apply for an Amendment for my recent change and they asked if my wife needs the H-4 Extension too ?
My Wife currenlty have the H-4 untill October 2025, and if attorney files the H-4 they are charging around $750, and also i recently applied for H-4 EAD too and waiting for an approval.
Does anyone know how to apply for H-4 extension ? with our attorney .
Please let me know.
