Can we extend h4 I-94 at land border ( Laredo) using H1 approved petition ( valid beyond h4 I-94 expiry ) ?
Normal, you can if the H4 i94 is currently valid or has valid H4 visa stamp in passport.
Be careful about the situation where H4 may not be allowed to return if they don’t have the valid visa in passport.
