My husband’s H1b application is being filled by his employer however as per their policy, they are not filling h4 and h4 ead. I have filled out my H4 and h4 EAD application separately using his H1b filing receipt. Now the company is upgrading his application for premium processing and including my H4 & H4 EAD receipt that I filled independently. My question is will all three H1b, H4, and H4 EAD applications be approved together as per premium processing ??
I would also like to know if they won’t H4 and H4 EAD approve at same time and I want to travel out of USA what will happen to my application???
