my wife and children H4 I94 is expiring next month and H1 is valid til oct this year.
Do I need file I539 to extend status to match mine?
we cant travel abroad to get new I94 for them as we are having baby due this month.
also, H4 EAD is expiring same time next month, can I also file I539 with I765 together (normal processing) paper filing as Iearnt there is no premium.
please advise I should have extended their status long time back but forgot as I thought since mine is valid until oct this year they are good too but seens like they need to extend regardless of mine
pleaee advise as this ur vey urgent now
