I(h4spouse) am planning to go India, delhi vac with my 10 yr old kid for dropbox. I am eligible for it. Question is some ppl say for h4 kid to go for Dropbox , parent should already have valid visa stamped in pp. Can’t me and my kid both go together in single appointment for stamping through dropbox? Its impractical to wait for my stamp then book fresh appointment for kid. Please guide and anyone has recent experience like this plz share. My spouse(h1b) will remain in US with valid 797a for 3 years but his visa stamp is expired . (he has no plans to leave US too)
