My family travelling to us soon, recently I moved to new employer in premium haven’t received my I797A copy yet,but attorney received courtesy copy with approval dates. Is this copy enough for my dependents to travel.But that courtesy copy doesn’t contain i94 details page…
They have valid visa with old employer details on passport.
This should be okay. Id you have started working with new employer already and have paystubs, have them carry copy of last three paystubs just in case.
This doesn’t matter as visa is not tied to employer and can be used for travel as long as it is valid irrespective of the H1B employer.
