H4 Stamping for dependent above 18 years

Hi I have booked dropbox appointment for me and my kid who is 18+ years. He got his earlier stamping @14+ and done biometrics in the last stamping. Is he qualified for Dropbox this time is there any restrictions for the 18+years H4 drop box appointment?
