We are Parents with H1B visa currently in US. We are planning to send 3 year old Kid to India followed with Stamping to be done in india as the visa has expired. Since now dropbox is removed what all documents will be needed for stamping. Let us know your suggestions and complications involved in this scenario.
It depends on who will go to embassy with your 3 year old kid?
They would need to provide proof of authorization and its not going to be easy.
I suggest that at least one parent accompanies the kid.
