Indian citizen stamping H4 (without I797A approval or not applied H4 I539 extension) —- I am planning to get stamped H4 along with my spouse H1 stamping in Canada based on Spouse H1 extension approval, I have not applied H4 extension but I-94 valid until August 2024, Is it allowed to go Canada (have Canada tourist visa) and get H4 stamped along with spouse H1 stamping before I-94 expires?
