My spouse H4 is in India and recently went for Dropbox ,at Kolkata VAC for Chennai Appointment they took mine (H1) latest/current & previous I 797s(photocopy) ,Visa stamped page of H1 (in mine case its expired last year ) ,and other relevant documents which are applicable for H4 Dropbox ,Are the above documents fine ?
Currently I am in USA ,could not go for stamping due to work ,currently her Visa status is stuck in “Application Received” for last 4 days .Thanks
