H4 stamping with old h1 i797a but still having validity

Hi Anil,
I am in H1b and recently changed my employer . My I79A with old company has validity till 2023 March. My kids H4 has also validity till 2023 March , which was filed along with this i797A.
Now when I switched company, I have not applied for dependent visa yet with my new Employer.

My question is, can My kid travel to India with i797A valid until 2023 March and get it stamped(This H4 corresponds to my old i797A with my ex-Employer).

H4 status is independent on any employer so yes H4 can use current valid I-797 to get visa stamp.
