H4 the receipt number shows entered is number invalid

Hi ,

We filed for an H-1B visa and submitted the H-4 application separately after receiving the H-1B receipt notice. However, when we check the status of the H-4 application using the receipt number, we encounter the error message: “The receipt number entered is invalid, please try again.” It has been three weeks since we submitted the H-4 application, and we are still receiving the same error for both the H-4 and H-4 EAD applications. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue with USCIS?

Did you receive the H4 and EAD receipt by mail (printed on paper?)

Thank you for prompt response . Yes I got H4 and EAD receipt by mail .

But H4 & H4EAD is different USCIS service center

H4 → California Service center

H4EAD → Texas service center

Kindly help me on this

Contact the USCIS emma and create a service request. I think it is a glitch in their website. Receipt numbers are fine.
