H4 to H1 Conversion | Dropbox eligibility

Hi

My spouse has converted from H4 to H1 01-Oct-2023 while in USA. This will be her first travel after converting to H1B to India. Is she eligible for dropbox? Her last Visa Stamp was on H4 visa expired 07 Sep 2023. Appreciate your response.

My confusion is primarily because she switched from H4 to H1B.
