I am on H1B visa and recently applied extension in June in premium processing and it was approved but my employer attorney missed to apply for my spouse and my spouse dependent h4 visa and i94 got expired on July 28, 2023. Please suggest the next feasible options to move forward.
My employer is in the process of documenting my i140 case with premium and will be applying next week. Will that be affected?
