H4 Visa Interview with 1 year left on Primary H1B

Hi,

I had my H1b approved in 2020, but could only return in April 2022 for marriage/stamping. My wife has her interview next week. She plans to join me in Jan 2023. Would that lead to issues since there are 9 months left on the primary H1B validity??
