H4 Visa is valid but with new H1b moving to new company is dependent eligible for stamping?

My Dependent visa was valid until 2023, and my former employer successfully filed for an extension, and been approved until 2026. We currently have a new application with my new company that is still pending. I’m seeking a dropbox appointment for Dependent visa stamping in my country(INDIA) and planning to travel. Is Dependent eligible to return to the USA with Dependent extension approval pending?

FYI H1B applicant visa is approved.

For H4 visa, you need approved H1B i797.

The pending H4 extension with USCIS will not be needed and will not affect the H4 visa stamping process.
