We have H4 visa renewal for my wife and son (dropbox). However due to health issues, kid is not able to travel to India for stamping.
Can mother carry kids passport for stamping? As kids are not required for the interview.
No, the person whose visa is applied should be physically outside the US for the visa to be approved.
