actually we applied H4 extension with NPT(expired h4 on April 14 and we applied extension on may 18).
we gave biometric last month and today morning case was denied (don’t know the reason)
which options do we have now.

If NPT was denied, then, i suggest to leave US and apply for visa stamp with embassy.
@anil_am22 we have no medical reasons.
what is best reason to mention in DS-160
and so far 94 days overstayed

I cannot suggest anything without knowing the situation in detail and why you really overstayed.
My H-1B extension application, along with the H-4 extensions for my family, was submitted to USCIS on July 17th. My children’s I-94s expire on July 28th. If the applications are not receipted by that date, will they begin to accrue unlawful presence? Two of them are under 18, and one is over 18.
we didn’t check her visa expiry date.
mine was valid till sept 2025 so we thought her visa validity also same.
and today we got denial letter because of overstay.
