H4 withdrawal - supporting documents

Hello

I had applied for H4 COS back in May’22, post that I accepted offer from an employer in June’22 who filed H-1B as premium processing.

I am about to send withdrawal request (Thanks for the post - USCIS Application Withdrawal Letter with Receipt Barcode - USA) to USCIS stating reason being H-1B got approved

Wanted to check what are the supporting documents I will have to provide ? I just have the receipt number of my H-1B and do not have the copy yet.

While you can always mention the receipt #, I would suggest to get approval using PP and attach the approval notice.
