My H4 was approved and H4EAD pending when traveled to India. Got my H4 visa stamped as well. Do I need to interfile my updated I94 to USCIS if else will my EAD be denied
Recent experience: My wife went to india after filing H4 and h4 ead last time and without getting the approval. As my H1 is approved, she went for a visa in india and got visa until the expiry of my H1.
She came to US and then she got h4 and h4 ead approval with a validity of my H1 period. We did nothing.
We haven’t interfiled or sent new I-94 to USCIS.
