Hello, my H4 EAD approved on Dec 5th and till now haven’t received the EAD and it’s stuck in approved state and USCIS chat agent told me it hasn’t sent to production. Anybody seeing similar issues and what we need to do?
This has happened to almost everybody who has approved date of Dec 5th. It’s the date when EAD/AP’s reduced validity of 18 month became effective. However, people have got info from EMMA that card is in production and they will receive it in 30 days or so.
