Hello I wanted to can the Annexure E (point 2 continuous resident at above mentioned address since it is not editable) , Annexure F and Affidavit of Change of Appearance handwritten, also do Annexure E and F also need to be notarized with the Affidavit of Change of Appearance
You can use MS Word to type it, though people have shared their experiences of handwritten forms being accepted.
You can use this web app to generate a change of appearance form. Same goes for Annexure E.
Use latest checklist from VFS site to know about all documents related to your case along with info on which ones need to notarized.

In the checklist document for passport re-issuance under Important Notes / Common Mistakes to avoid (bottom) it says - HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
