Hello Anil,
I have an approved I140(with my old employer) and I am currently on H4-EAD. I am filling up my DS160 and need clarification on immigrant petition question.
I understand that I have to select the option yes, but in the explanation part , do I have to mention in very detail that my I140 is with my previous employer or just the below note should do?
Employer has filed Immigrant petition, A#-…

A simple explanation should be fine.

Hi @anil_am22,

My previous employer filed my I140 and it was approved.
I then switched to a new employer. My previous employer withdrew my I140 petition when I switched employers. Since it hasn’t been 180 days since the approval, my I140 approval was revoked by USCIS.
Now currently my new employer has initiated the my GC process and currently my PERM is still processing.

In my case, what should I answer for the question ‘Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service’ ?
