We were asked to submit “on the paper” health assessment for our child since he is less than 6 months old. We got one from our Paediatrician and emailed them. Today it has changed to “Health clearance provided-no action required”. But in the front summary page of application it still show “Action required- arrange health assessment “ Any idea on this issue
