Help needed: Caught covid before my dropbox appt

I have a dropbox appointment for myself and my wife on 21st Sept,2022.

Flight details:
Original i was suppose to fly on 16th Sept, but my wife was tested covid positive on 13th, sept. I moved the itinerary to 18th sept. I am trying to look for an option just in case if she doesn’t feel good by then.

I tried looking to rescheduling the appointment using the website but no luck finding appointment.
What could be my option?

  • Is it possible to shift the dropbox appointment by 5 days or something by giving them a call?
  • Cancel my interview and keep looking for an available slot again?

Any suggestion from anybody?

I am afraid the only option is to cancel the current appointment and then book a new one.

I am not aware of rescheduling that gives new appointment immediately.
