Help Needed to reterieve DS160's application id

I was able to get an dropbox appointment(for me and my wife) in hyderbad later in sept’22, but our application id’s in order to fill the DS160 is not working now.

I have already paid the fees and got an appointment as well. What would be best route to get hold of my application ids, as i dont want to miss my appointmet(as it required constant effort).

Any suggestion from anybody?

I am guessing you are trying to update existing DS-160 and having issues. In such case you can submit a new DS-160, call the VFS and they can update your records with the new DS-160. When you go for dropbox, carry copy of old and new DS-160.
