I am trying to get police check from USA for a PR in Australia as i have lived in the US for 3 of my last 10 years, so as per Australian rules, i will need a police check/ clearance/ certificate from America.
Can anyone please help me on how to proceed further?

FBI clearance certificate for immigration. Processing time 3-5 days. Fees $18. Fingerprint FD-258 form at home on A4 white paper. Use for Australia, USA Green card, Canada PR etc.
