VFS is asking me to re-apply since my parents name is not correct on the application. Since i have to do a new application i will have to pay again on the vfs site.
How do i ask for refund from vfs ?
I am assuming vfs is not going to return my original passport and other documents back i just have to create a new appliation pay again and only send the application form to vfs , since all other documents are still with vfs
They are supposed process the refund in15-20 calendar days.

My experience:
It nearly took 2 months to get my refund
Every time I ask for an update a new representative from VFS respond to the Email asking for the same refund form over and over again
Eventually I was able to get the refund after 5-6 Emails
you will refunded with paid amount minus convenience fee, if you paid via credit card
We have recently applied for tier-4 dependent visa GWF061064577,GWF061065249 at the time of online application we have choosen a priority service but when we went to give our biometrics VFS staff mentioned priority services are cancelled and we will get the refund within 15 days. Still, we didn’t receive the refund. Could you please let me know what is status of my refund.
