I successfully went through the refund process and got my refund.
Below are the steps I followed,
Create a refund request using the form: https://assets.ctfassets.net/xxg4p8gt3sg6/7wF3cs1zNLqxXdq162k4aV/83609763f51abaa88bd20f4355d93103/Annexue_1.pdf
Once the form is duly filled send the form to the email address: email@example.com
They are supposed process the refund in15-20 calendar days.

- It nearly took 2 months to get my refund
- Every time I ask for an update a new representative from VFS respond to the Email asking for the same refund form over and over again
- Eventually I was able to get the refund after 5-6 Emails
- you will refunded with paid amount minus convenience fee, if you paid via credit card
