If your PERM application is selected for an audit, the DOL will send you/your employer/attorney an audit notice detailing the list of additional information or documentation you will need to submit.
The DOL will request all supporting documents and evidence that have been collected throughout the recruitment process.

How long it will take from date of filing the random selection of application for Audit? I mean When applicant feel safe at least his/her application not selected for audit process?

As commented earlier, if your application is picked for audit, DOL will send the notice.

Hi Anil,

This is the Notice I got from my attorney:

“Kindly note the DOL is reviewing cases filed in December. Once approved, HCL ISG will be in touch.”

Could you please let me know if my case has been sent for audit? or it could be just a normal review.

This sounds like a normal status update amd not an audit.
