How long does it take for Perm application status to update once an Immigration officer enquires about employment at my client company?

An immigration officer reached out to the client company I am working at asking about my education, experience, job duties, job start date and my perm filing company details. Does anyone know how long it will take to hear back or see a change in my perm application?
